Could someone recommend a good sack truck at a sensible price please. One with

Wide wheel base
Pneumatic tyres
Good sized platform
Possibly the third wheel too that supports it whilst you are moving stuff

The one I have is too narrow, so moving games is rather precarious

Thank you

Do you guys think this would be any good? I did a quick sanity check and my existing trolley is good for 300lbs, not enough for WOZ (at least the tyres have 300lbs max written on them). Would a P type be better? Does anyone have any recommendations?

I also saw these (very expensive, you can find this much cheaper) but I did wonder if they'd allow me to pivot the game over our hated doorstep.

I wouldn't trust a £50 dolly with a hugely expensive 158kg machine.

No experience with 4 wheeled varieties of the latter type. I would say though that with fixed handles / grips that tall, you'll need a lot of clearance in stair wells, doorways or narrow corridors to manoeurvre it. Try to find one with shorter fixed handles, and a removeable taller one when additional reach or leverage are required.

It's really just the doorway from hell and a bit of moving around in the garage - our hallway is so short and narrow with a 90 degree into the lounge that it's not worth trying to trolley things down there, I just put them on big plastic trays and slide them on the carpet once inside.

There needs to be some kind of general 'these are good dollies' thread.

The 300lbs will be 300lbs per tyre though - so divide the load by two because the weight of the machine is spread equally across them.
