Can these be removed without damage?
Would like to keep as have no dings just some paint off and a bit of surface rust.
If not I think I will prep and spray while they are on there.

I think originally they were matt powder coated if you want the original look.

Interested to hear from others if they're easily removable as may be doing the same to my project machine too..

I’m going to be painting the cab putting frisket over artwork which will be touched in then clear coating so it’s all one level.
Not going to entertain decals as the cab hasn’t got them and should look ok as mostly black anyway. Seen one done this way and is really good.

If I can get them off I’m going to try a local powder coater for these, bar and legs in metallic black.
Yes all Matt black except for the legs, like the police cars in the film.

I got mine off LW3 ok.
Warmed the rails with a hair dryer to get the glue going a bit.
