Evening guys just brought my 1st pinball rfm at good price £2000 anyone recommend leds as I seen a us site listing full kit or Supplemental any advice would be great thanks.

Note this in the for sale ad for the one I bought '... and mostly LED’s in playfield except back of playfield to prevent flickering affecting the projection. Gi is all incandescent'.

Going all LED may not be the best option on this Pin.

@myPinballs Jim is the best person on here to answer this question . You could pm him ! . I think if you fitted Leds it will wash out the reflection of the TV screen , also it will show up false faults on the lamp diagnostics , but have no fear Jim is the expert on this , he has written excellent coding to sort this out plus he has added additional features to make the game play even better. He has a website too https://www.mypinballs.com/
There is a thread on her as well !

Good quality leds will work for inserts usually but I wouldn’t use them on the gi section as the pwm effects get messed up and cause flicker

Also all leds cause bulb errors on pin2k system tests until you update to my code where I added options to ignore these errors.
