Just tried the code I used a year ago and it has expired.

I tried to contact him on here and the website a while back but had no reply.
Outside of unforseen circumstances if you have a business you should have channels of communication. Radio silence just puts people off ordering.

There's no reason to believe it isn't business as usual for them, and you are only going to save £7 on side blades with a 10% discount so if you like them I'd just order them.
I had no problem ordering sideblades fairly recently .........just at the full price which was fine by me.
I also wanted to query the worldwide shipping cost of £29 when I thought his business was in the UK.
If I was to go ahead and order and let’s say there was any issues, it doesn’t give me much hope of being able to contact him if he can’t be bothered to answer my simple questions
Anyone that can’t be bothered to reply to me can do one, no need for that. I ordered from xianek who can be bothered.

Oh well ....looks like the discount is a thing of the past. Only a few quid saving but thought I'd check ...those beers don't pay for themselves

Sorry guys I rarely if ever visit these forums any more so if you're sending me PM's on here that's why I haven't been replying.
I'm no longer involved in the day to day running of Retro Refurbs but I will check with Mark to see if there is a current discount code for people on here. Problem is the codes were always getting passed around the globe on different forums and used by people in Zimbabwe who have no interest in supporting Pinball Info, so I got rid of most of them.
Emails usually always get replied to but when I was involved more we had a policy in place that considers the content of them - if it's something that's already answered on the website several times over, they get deleted. If it's "whinge, whinge, whinge" before you've even bought anything, they get deleted. If its "give me free stuff or discounts for no reason" then they get deleted. Since time is money, these types of emails just made us a loss. Even just having to read the subject line before opening the email made us a loss.
Shipping in the UK is most certainly not £30! But I will speak to the tribe and post an update here for you a bit later.

I tried to get info last October via the website and here but heard nothing, it was about a Robowar translite Stumbler sent to you to be scanned and reproduced. Do you know if that ever came to anything? Thanks.
