Attention Diner owners!

Has your Diner jukebox gone white, got broken, started peeling, or generally manky? Well that's too bad, because replacement ones are unobtanium. At least until now!

Because I've got 10 repro jukeboxes right here right now.

Now there are two things to note. Firstly the finish is shiny and metallic looking but it is not true mirror finish chrome. And secondly each one is slightly different in terms of the final surface finish.

But on the positive side they actually look really great and far far better than most thirty year old originals. And each one can be supplied with official Planetary Pinball licensed decals:

I had these made as my jukebox was a wreck, and the minimum order was ten, so when they are gone they are gone. Unless I get some more done.

If you are interested then the price is £65 per jukebox including the decals or £60 without the decals, plus postage which I haven't figured out yet. Or collection from Pavlov Towers RG9 6PP

Order up!

Contrary to Pauls orignal remake, it suffered issues and had to be abandoned

UNTILL NOW.... It is back , this time in silky metal and red. Ooooooo I hear you say. Look at those new shoes

Paul mentioned the issues he had had and I feel they have now been resolved. The base is reinforced so it shouldn't snap off in your grubby hands when fitting. Unless you're an Ogre.

There was only a few original stickers available but ive overcome that problem.

We tried a few colours and deceided on these 2 for realistic effect. The chroming is possible but extremely labour intensive and also financially unviable.

Other colours we tried were Pillbox matt Red and bright luminous Green......

Can , providing I have it in stock use another colour BUT suggest you check out these Chaps below

Paul will hopefully be following up soon with them in situe

Priced at £65 + £5 postge

Just to add to what Rob said above:

Three years after the first ones, this iteration of the Diner jukebox has nailed it!

Rob has done some excellent refinements meaning the new ones are much more sturdy, so they won’t snap or break unless you thump them with a hammer.

We decided to go with metallic red ones for people who want the jukebox to look more like a real jukebox and to match Diner’s red colour vibe. And the silver coloured ones for those who want something closer to the original chrome look.

The new ones also have the huge benefit of being push-fit, so they stay in place without needing to screw then in place from the rear. That means that they can easily be pushed out again if you need to change a bulb. Or if you buy a red one and a silver one, you can swap one out for the other with a minimum of fuss.

I will post pictures of both the red and the silver ones fitted to my Diner as soon as I can…
