The passing of Adam got me thinking, prob good few of us on here have been affected by cancer in one way or another, I lost GrizZ Dad 4 years ago
It can strike any of us, any time. Enjoy every day people, and make sure your family and friends know how much they mean to you.
As a tribute to Adam Y why not skip that extra pint this bank holiday weekend and donate just a fiver to REALLY worthy causes.

ditto that. my mum went through the horror of breast cancer last year and the mcmillan nurses were awesome.

Yes I lost both my parents to cancer in 05 and 06 and the McMillan nurses were fantastic for us ,being part of the northern lights crew we gave to the teenage cancer trust , so please if you can always give as much as you can to these charities they made a big difference to me and my family
and others throughout the country thank you.
