Qs re Judge Dreads Translite Mods Please?

As above. I am looking at getting one maybe two of these to sort out a humming choke problem i have.

I would like to know: -

Do you get much glare on the playfield glass from the LEDs?
Can they be set to just show white, like a normal fluorescent?
Can someone send a picture of what they look like fitted behind the back glass - any pin will do?
Are they easy to fit?
