After some really bad experiences of sellers of all things Pinball recently its honestly refreshing to deal with a company who goes above and beyond to make sure I get a happy result.
I got a ColorDMD second hand recently, the ribbon cable unfortunately either got snagged in transport or happened earlier. Not an issue I thought, just contact ColorDMD and get a new ribbon. To save on shipping Randy at ColorDMD recommended an Amazon based ribbon which looked to match the specification.
Ordered the cable, plugged it in, the PCB showed activity but the LCD was still dead...
Agreed to send it off as an RMA, it was concluded the screen was indeed dead. I was expecting a shock bill for its replacement to surprisingly find that a replacement screen and assembly was being sent back to me and all I needed to cover was the shipping!
Honestly first class customer service, can't recommend ColorDMD enough.
