Hi all I'm considering purchasing the legendary polishing kit from Treasure Cove. The cost is $89 for the 3 compounds and various drill polishing parts. The cost seems very reasonable however the cost to ship to the UK is $58.65!! This cost is the same whether it's 1 or 10. I've not done this before so there might also be UK customs to pay.
Just putting it out there to see if there's any interest in joining me in the purchase to reduce the shipping cost.
It seems the logical way to do this would be to establish how many members want in, divide the shipping cost out appropriately then all to pay me via PayPal. If we incur the customs cost this would be paid again via PayPal once delivered into the UK and I've collected.
I would then simply post on, this final cost would again be paid to me via PayPal. I'm happy to send any involved the invoices before payment so everyone sees the actual costs. Obviously if you live in the Yorkshire area you could simply collect from me.
If anyone is interested please let me know. Also if anyone has done this before and can provide a little insight into this it would be much appreciated.
