Sold Popeye Saves the Earth

I'm having a little change around of a few machines. Up for sale is the Sarge's favourite machine - Popeye Saves the Earth.

It's in the same condition as when I bought it, except it's had a service and a few repairs here and there. The original pictures are below, but I can take new ones if need be.

3D head on this baby
LEDs
DMD seems fine
Cab has usual wear - with a few dings here and there but solid
Funky green leg protectors

Machine is at my place in Liphook. Martin knows where I am. Happy for anyone to come round for a cuppa or something stronger to try him out. @Sgt GrizZ may well mention the little known fact that there is a detailed guide to Popeye floating around on here

Looking for £1600. It's a lot of machine for not so much money....

In todays pinball world this was priced very cheap - 1500 barely gets you a DMD game these days. This looked a decent example of Popeye and well I've said it before .... ...a few times ......bang for your buck it's a steal. A widebody mid 90s Bally , stacked with unique features, deep ruleset blah blah blah . 1600 ...come on people ! I won't go on - folk can fall asleep reading my guide if they want

Oh and new owner ...do yrself a favour and put a ColorDMD in it. It's fantastic ! The dot animations on Popeye are superb and the colour does the cartyoon style justice.

My (pop)eye spots though that some whippersnapper has replaced the original 'lightning' flippers with slightly longer regular bats. Now that's just cheating !
