plunger and autolaunch

Folks, on my Elvira the plunger is catching the auto launcher, doesn't seem to be anything loose or wrong - any ideas?

Not that I can probably help, but a slow motion video or pictures may help the techs here diagnose it some.

Thanks James - I’ve figured it out think the washer at the end of the plunger is bent.

I've been having a similar issue.

When I use the lane protector the ball doesn't go around to the back door for the skill shot. The diverter swings down and directs the ball into the pops.

Also it occasionally auto launches without me pulling the wotsit.
