Playfield glass spec?

I'm sure I've seen a thread where this was discussed before, but can't find it. A local glass supplier is happy to make me a new playfield glass, but I need the right spec to give him. I know it needs to be tempered glass, but can someone tell me the dimensions and the thickness? This is going on my F14...

Yup. That's the one. Didn't show up in "playfield glass size" or "new playfield glass". Thanks for digging it out!
