I am selling my Willy Wonka that is a month old and is like new but has a few dimples from the ball like all pinballs get.

I have been asked this::

Hi I would be interested as it’s a theme I quite like,but am sceptical about the dimpling issue you mentioned. Iv just had a look a Tales of the Arabian nights I have and have had for a while and there isn’t any imperfections, is this normal with Jersey Jack pinballs. ?

100% normal with all pins, the dimples will level out over time and not be noticeable. The only reason you have them now is the game has had too few plays.

No one likes dimples - even when they are on your face - but to think they are abnormal is most illogical.
Anything mage of wood will compress to some degree when hit......

All older games, including TOTAN, have so many (admittedly lesser) dimples that it has flattened out again. Newer games seem to dimple more, but no games are immune.

Apparently it’s no longer a dimple if it’s over 0.25” in diameter, it becomes a crater😂
All new games get them so if you don’t want them buy nib and don’t use it.
