Pinsurance...

Ok long story short we have holiday accommodation and in the winter we shut down most of the rooms but still run Air B&B from two rooms , without breakfasts, less hassle etc, so the question iOS if i offer my arcade into the deal set to free play would i need to gat specific insurance apart from pat test the machines ? (id strip out my power tools etc) just the pins and cabs and some gym stuff. thoughts?

1st question would be: do you have a mortgage on it? Has the mortgage company agreed to this usage? I know someone who had their house repossessed for renting it out without telling the mortgage company.

Insurance - I would just get it regardless. I have realistic movie prop firearms. They live in a gun safe and never come out but I still pay for public liability insurance as you just never know. So for a few quid a year it's worth the peace of mind.

Depending what your policy is like, you'd likely just have to add the pins as specified items if they are worth over a certain amount - price might differ as you'd be insuring them as part of a business rather than personal use?
Definitely worth getting them insured anyway incase some inconsiderate guests spill beer on them or damage them in any way.
If they have coin mechs, might be a good way of making a few extra quid
