Thanks Kev as well for that tip. I have a display on my Spidey that's got a few pixels out that needs some new blocks.
Is there a problem in matching the exact shade of colour when fitting new blocks to a display though? Also are the blocks soldered into the display, or will they just pull out?
I don't fancy unsoldering lots of pins on each block!

Sean has 3 different types, I'm just waiting to hear from him about which type mine are.
Yes they are socketed you can easily prise them out.

Sean requested that I send a block to him to make sure its the right type, I said I could send a photo of the part number on the side but he wanted one sent so I did. Regarding whether the shade will match, do any of the match? they all seem to be different to me, like a patchwork quilt.
