I'm sure it'll be another amazing day. If you haven't been to a Pinhaus tourney before get signed up, they are great. There's a reason why they sell out so quickly. They're also a nice, easy introduction to tournament play for those that feel a little apprehensive. The emphasis is always on enjoying yourself, having fun, and being social with other pinheads.

Centaur will be swapped out for Dogball (WCS) to keep the lineup balanced to 6 modern and 6 classics.

It was between dogball, diner and keeping Centaur but dogball won as it's had the least Pinhaus appearances.
😄

A little stat for you. At the past 9 Pinhaus events we've had over 40 different games!

Here's the player list, a mix fitting of our 10th Pinhaus competition with a mix of East Anglians and others who haven't attended since our first two events. Probably the most diverse player list to date after the recent years of EAPA oversaturation, (they just can't get enough of competitive pinball), but with some usual attendees on holiday or previously engaged it has left spaces for some different players.

The main standout is surely @windoesnot , the first ever Pinhaus winner!
Will he have a repeat victory? Or has East Anglia's pinball skill leveled up in 3 years?

It'll certainly be a tough battle with players like Emily 'Steady Hand' Stokes in attendance.

Inspired by his man crush @Taxiturn will @Lickashot try to replicate his besties performance at UKCS?

Who will be the best Nick? London, UK or Hammer time?

Also in their first Pinhaus appearance, Papa Garwood, the beta version of Nathan Garwood, a player who may lack confidence but regularly takes down decent players.

Alan "Papa G" Garwood
Claire 'El Licko' Lickman
Conrad 'Pinball Wizard' Chambers
Dan Lewell
Dan Prachar
David Bowery
Emily 'steady hand' Stokes
Gaz Shiells
Glen Cockell
Ian Walmsley
Jeremy :Bay-Blade' Baynham
Jon Carolan
Lee Parkin
Marc Gatward
Martin Bedford
Matthew Halls
Nathan Garwood
Nick Clark UK
Nick Hamill
Nick London
Paul 'PAX' Woollard
Phil 'The Detective'🕵🏻‍♂️ Stokes
Rebecca Walmsley
Reece Powell
Steven 'Doggard' Dale
Tim Thornton
Ulf 'Wolfman' Rokkan

Sad news, Nathan G has had to drop out due to work commitments.

So we have a space! @cooldan gets first dibs but if anyone else is interested please let us know 😄😄

Another great day yesterday as usual with, as David already noted, some players who we don't see so much of down that way. A huge thanks for Claire and David for putting everything on and for Jon and Nick London providing additional food including chilli and a birthday cake too, Rebecca Walmsley being the birthday girl. Congratulations to the final four - Dan Pracher, Andy Brock, Ian Walmsley and Reece Powell. Ian just falling shy of replicating his win at the inaugural Pinhaus way back when. Lots of fun prizes in the raffle too, but please no rounds of applause for your name being chosen at random. Here's to the next one 😃

As usual a fantastic day at Pinhaus. Claire and David are both so passionate, no only about playing pinball but also ensuring everything runs really well, is enjoyable for all, and most importantly everyone has fun.
Huge thanks for those that provided the food, for David for performing running maintenance and still managing to qualify for the finals, and Claire for as always running a great comp.
A long day, but a very enjoyable final, all players taking time to support each other and have a laugh.
