Why? they are evil.
Bought my first machine ( Getaway ) from them in 2012. Haven't heard them mentioned in a long time. It wasn't as advertised which was par for the course from them apparently.
I have done some repairs for him over the last few years. Has some great old EM stuff. Will give him that.

The son; Andy is dead now and the Father had a stroke a few years ago I heard. Didn't think still active in pinball sales anymore.

They are simply rubbish.
Remember years ago looking at an advertised 'Fully Working' TFTC for someone on here.
They didn't appreciate me informing them of all the issues with the machine (and there was many) and that their 'tech' would be round soon to fix them all.
