Been transferring some of my old videos to my computer

I know Steve Pagett has previously uploaded the 1991 convention video to YouTube, but I don't think anyone has done the 1990 version before

So here it is, including yours truly as a guest interviewer - you can see why I wasn't offered any work subsequently as a TV star :)

be good to put the old and new side by side
don't know if anyone in UK has the old one - I only ever saw one in Germany
I'm pretty sure Eddie Mole had one but doubt he has one now and also there was one at Pins Anon in 2009, so should be at least 2 knocking around somewhere in UK unless since exported.

Yeah I did wonder if Eddie lent his one to Pins Anon. It was there for the 2009 World Championship which I'm sure you remember.

Thanks Dave! My 1990 video wouldnt play when l tried to convert i lost my 1988 one (loughborough) . Do you have that one!

Recognise a few faces. I didn't make it to the 1990 one I think that was the year I smashed my knee up in an accident at Long Marston drag strip. That Tomcat would've been a year old!

My tomcat lol. Swapped with dial a deal in leeds for a motordome i paid £200 for. They had williams stuff coming out there ears imported from the US but had a french customer who only wanted Bally. A few months later l swapped party animal for high speed

No snazzy jumper for me. Just an illgotten Elvira t shirt
Forgot we took meteor and flipper broke in half an hour

good old bob from dial a deal. Went there many times with my dad to get games. Was there once when they were getting ready to operate a load of Addams family. Never seen so many WMS boxes in my life!

the donor game (future spa) for my high voltage game I made in 1993 came from them. I got it for free as was outside!!

good times :)

They use to dump defenders and space invader etc videos outside as unwanted. We used to take a bigger van even when swapping one machine just in case.

Yep the rule of dial a deal was

anything outside is free
anything in the warehouse at the front is cheaper than anything at the back!

Loved those years :)

this is awsome !!! THANKS FOR posting David , i went to one of these conventions in the 80's and as a member I used to get the POA newsletter every month , in the back there were classifieds where you could get machines from like 50 quid !!

The only other POA video was Loughborough 88 and unfortunately tape went missing a long time ago
Would be great to see that uploaded for prosperity.
