Had a total nightmare with my t3 recently. Got in touch with Andy at pinball mania who spoke me through everything and sent out parts. In the end I couldn't fix it and he took the machine, fixed it, gave me the option to keep it then ultimately sold it for me (which was a total god send).

It's real good to know that if a pinball fecks up good and proper there is a way to deal with it! Thanks Andy!

Just wanted to add to this, had Andy over this week to look at my poorly TZ that had a few issues not making it unplayable but giving some annoying errors and ball hang-ups. Now working 100% error free and he even had the courtesy to tell me what the issues were when I asked! He even brought over some additional bits for a friend when I asked only a few days before he was due to come.

I've been using him for 3 years now when my games go wrong beyond my fix capability and never had any issues.
