Pinball in the 'Dam

Off to Amsterdam this weekend. Just been looking at FindAPinball.com and found quite a few venues around the city. Anyone been recently and got recommendations re the better venues?

I notice a couple of the places are coffee shops - I wonder what sort of high scores you can expect there thanks to diminished reaction times?!

I travel to NL for my job every now and then (more often from August, I'll be there for 3-4 days every other week) and now know all the pinball machines in Leiden. There's about a dozen, they're all well maintained and described on the NL version of pin former, and apart from a couple, they're all in coffee shops. I think they're trying to maintain pinball's reputation as the bad boy of entertainment.

Have fun in the Dam. I recommend you eat a couple of boxes of those magic mushrooms and get yourself down the Van Gogh museum. There's always plenty of stoners in there with vacant happy expressions on their little faces, staring at the pretty colours.

I reckon Vincent Van Gogh woulda loved pinball.
