Think you will struggle a bit in Essex. Is Flipout in Croydon too far for you to get to? Guess it depends how far out you are.
I know Matt Vince used to have a Ghostbusters in the Brewdog in Sheppard's Bush. Not sure if it is still there though.

I had 6 machines near chelmsford this weekend for a pinball fundraiser. Always good to see more folks from Essex on here. Theres not much going on locally, I’ve been trying extremely hard the last year or so to get machines out onto locations and besides one pub absolutely nowhere is interested.
Saying that, there is a ghost busters in one of the arcades in Adventure island on Southend Seafront. Plays pretty nicely.

Its a bit awkward to find but they also have a Data East Star trek and the new Stern Starwars. Welcome to the forum!
Might be too far North for you, but they also have a Ghostbusters at Great Yarmouth in the 'Majestic Bingo' arcade on the seafront. Sat alongside it is a Stern Star Wars.

Make sure you take plenty of £1 coins... it takes a lot of feeding before you get the hang of that machine haha
Just a warning, the machine use a horrible swipe card that you have to put credits on to! Should of said that before so that you dont turn up with heaps of change in your pockets!
