I've only had good experiences with Martin to be fair. I think it helps that I'm only 10mins from J15 of the M1 so not much of a detour to get to me. Best I had was buying something the day he was at the sellers place and getting it delivered next day.

WTF? I’ve texted and spoken to Martin....I’m seriously edging towards hiring James and his bike at this stage.
Martin's here today, hopefully in a proper van and not this confused bike.
