Use it once before the deadline though and nothing changes tbh.... only applies to inactive accounts.

PayPal has seriously gone down hill recently> I used to use it for everything but only use for ebay now (as ebay forces you to)

There's probably a lot of forgotten accounts out there with small change in, it's Paypal's way of cashing them in, don't blame them really.
How many people really have accounts with money in that they haven't used in a year that they know about?

Yes, no big deal unless I misread the small storm in a teapot that this change for seemingly 'dormant' accounts has generated in the press. I wish I could stop buying stuff thru my PayPal account for 12 days let alone 12 months!
