What age did he start playing?

We have a 20 month old who made his first ramp shot on Fish Tales a couple of days ago, but he doesn’t really understand the game and he’s still too small to reach both flippers.

Harry is 32 months, I’d say he has been able to “play” by reaching both flippers since around the age you’ve said. He is very tall for his age and has long arms too. So yeah. Around a year probably.
