Well - new Pinsound sound board.

In USD
$320 (£248) for the neo (stripped down)
$370 (£287) for the pinsound plus....

To me it is missing a lot of features I like (like the 4 band EQ). Would not see the point in ordering this to save £40.

Bit of a joke really, I found you really had to tune it in to sound ok with those pots and was never 100% happy with the plus.
I found the plus board was a downgrade from the original in terms of sound quality.

Interesting @M4carp - I assumed it was an upgrade (the plus vs the original).

You definately have to tweak the EQ - I had 3 packages in Whitewater - original, reorchestrated and original with new call outs. All packages needed different EQ.

Me too, I have the original in TZ and my old CV had too, I bought a few pluses and definitely the sound quality was not as good and I’m pretty sure not down to the sound packages.

I took a look at the "features" of the new board yesterday. For the price difference (Circa £40) i would have said not worth it....

Are they following the Stern model?? Cut out a few small things, make an inferior model, and charge almost as much for it.....
