My new damaged diverter ramp?

After a load of hassle with Parcel Force and paying customs my new diverter ramp for my Getaway arrived with other bits for my RS from PSPA, the electrical connections for the coil had been smashed off and not in the packaging which was sealed in bubble wrap. Sooooo annoying as it cost a fair bit!!!

How annoying, at least it's a common consumable that you can buy here and get them to pay for.

I’ve mailed them to see what they but think I will just probably take the hit luckily only about £15.

Just an update to say that PSPA have not got back to me about the damaged solenoid, was sent out like it for sure.
I’ve ordered another for £14, he also couldn’t be bothered to find out which company was delivering it to me. I asked because I didn’t have a clue what was going on with the delay. Cost about £100 just for delivery.
Great customer service?
First time I have ordered spares from Australia.
