This weeks find is driver mosfets. 2 options with different current ratings. These are made by STMicroelectronics and or NXP (philips). Highly regarded and respected quality manufactures and a manufacturers used originally. These mosfets are of a higher current rating than originals, so a little tougher at the job and are used in all Sega games from Apollo 13 onwards (1995) all the way up to the end of Stern SAM game driver boards with Walking Dead (2014). They are also compatible with all Gottlieb system 3 games.
The cost is £12 plus £1.20 postage for 10 x 23A 100V mosfets
and/or
The cost is £18 plus £1.20 postage for 10 x 36A 100V mosfets
This should keep any game going for a good while! The higher current rating are designed to be tougher. Both options are much higher rated than originals, which started at 10A ratings.
