Hi all, I have this advertised on UKVAC, but thought it wouldn’t hurt.
It’s the electrocoin version and is in very good condition.
The Bad
Has some knocks to the bottom edges from a lifetime of being shifted about.
However there has been no water damage as it sits on factory fitted wheels and has lived in my house since 2004.
A scuff on the back door and a couple of dings to the vent holes.
Light general wear and tear.
This machine hasn’t been restored it’s in very good original condition.
The Good
Fully working with zero faults.
Monitor is a polo 25” and fully working and was serviced and fixed in 2020 by Gunblade as the flyback had popped
I’ve fitted a new marquee and control panel overlay and control panel front decal as it had been converted to Mortal Kombat when I bought it and I converted it back to Mk2 in 2018.
The cabinet was originally plain black on the sides so I’ve put new artwork on.
Now this was my 1st attempt at side art installation so it’s not perfect.
The sides are very good with no damage so I went straight on after a clean.
The art work is cut up to the T molding so could maybe use cleaning up at the edges but that’s about it.
The art was done by arcade art shop.
It does have the original MK2 instructions on the bezel, which is why I investigated the cabs origins and discovered it was a electrocoin MK2.
All in all a very nice cab with great potential to be mint , of a great game which I personally think is the best in the series.
Only selling as I have a MK1 project cab and MK1 is the nostalgia game for me.
Plus I need cash to pay for the LOTR that I’ve recently bought .
Price £1500 but I’m open to near offers.
Just to add the pot in one of the photos is from its MK1 days for volume control however it’s now redundant as MK 2 the volume is controlled from the menu.
Thanks for looking and I apologise as I get carried away when describing stuff.
Ask any questions and happy to add phots.
