I am selling my recently refurbished No Fear, the machine is fully working and is now super shiny after a full refurbishment including:

  • Full playfield stripdown
  • All metal parts tumbled and/or polished
  • All plastics polished (no broken plastics)
  • New sling plastics fitted
  • Brand new (super rare!) jump ramp fitted
  • Full super bight insert LEDs fitted
  • Full GI LEDs fitted
  • Machine polished playfield to a mirror finish and three coats of wax applied to protect the finish!
  • New No fear cave fitted
  • Flippers re-built
  • Cliffy protectors added to protect the lovely new jump ramp!
  • Cliffy target brace added to prevent the target mount bracket becoming damaged
  • Full new premium rubber kit fitted (in white)

Overall condition:
  • The playfield has no wear at all
  • DMD is fully working
  • The cabinet is great condition, the left side has faded as has the front. The backbox (both sides) is vibrant as is the right side of the cabinet.
  • The machine plays fantastically as you'd expect!

I am asking £1450.00 for the machine

Yes it's gorgeous I agree. I've been playing NF non stop on the Pinball Arcade app for the last week btw. I used to hate the game and call it 'No Fun' but have been enjoying it to my surprise. And it's a Steve Ritchie so no wonder it's so quick.

Good luck with sale my friend. I'd have had it off you in a heartbeat a few months ago, but sadly not this time.

Thanks @cooldan very kind of you to say. I think it's a great game, it's my second but I need space (and cash!) so it's up for sale.

I know, it was a rhetorical question. The first time I saw you in your white snooker referee gloves to handle the glass, I knew I was in the presence of a total OCD nutjob who leaves no stone unturned in his quest for perfection.

Anyone thinking of buying this can be reassured that Kev will have easily put 100 hours of labour into this and so it's a steal at twice the price. I've had two games off him and they were both beauties.

I have only played No Fear a handful amount of times but one thing that amazed me was the number of shots available from the two bottom flippers. I think I make it about 10 whereas you typically get 7 or 8 on most other pinball machines. It is a feat to manage to cramp so many shots. And combined with the manic speed of the machine, I think it is what confuses players and make some players call it No Fun. But i enjoyed it. And this one looks nice. And if i had the money and the space, i would be tempted. It is a difficult beast to control.
