Hi guys,trying to buy something from mad amusements.com and wondered if anyone has had any dealings with them.. Good or bad only the communication doesn't seem very good and don't know wether to risk it or not.

Anyone outside the US gets totally screwed by them. You will probably never get the items you paid for. Search Pinside and you will find multiple threads full of stories of people getting ripped off by Mad.

If you send money, he will keep it. He will try to make you pay with an IMO or bank transfer if you pay with paypal. See the pinside thread, it's a shame as Mike used to be a decent guy
I bought something from him years ago. Had to phone him to sort it out, boy was he grumpy and verging on rude. If I didn't really want the item I would have told him where to go. Did get it, but the whole transaction left a bad taste.

I saw thread title and dived in to say nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! but the other fine folks already filled you in. Its very sad that someone running a business basically figures out if its worth a customer to fight it or not and when he knows they cant win, will stiff them for everything he can get. Even as us based, I wont deal with such a company.
