Wanted LOTR add-on tat, whatve you got?

Ok so I'm pimping this thing out, but I bet there's more options out there .....

So far I have these:
*Decals on all targets, sword tip, Shire area
*2 Cliffys (Gimli hole and Orthanc scoop)
*2 Lighting mods on Orthanc scoop (RGB continuous and a red one that's activated when diverter is open by an EOS switch)
*Invisiglass
*colour DMD

And I'm gonna fit these:
*shakermotor (I bought a "GAL chip", @Paul burned me the latest ROMs, and I have the hardware courtesy of Phil Dixon aka @Sven Normansson)
*Palantir RGB light (I've heard of this but not seen it - any good?
*backbox LED replacement for the horrible fluorescent tube, from 12V source

So what else is out there? Any advice, recommendations, warnings etc?

C'mon biatches, let me see your mods (especially if they're for sale)

i still don't like LEDs, so thanks but no thanks. i will only use them where there is no incandescent alternative, or if it makes sense to go that route (like the backbox tube replacement)

thanks Sam, i agree that does look the nuts, but i'm not paying $150 for it so will try to make my own - what bits will i need, can someone help?
clicking the too-long youtube video also led me to this cool Balrog whip mod - this one is also a knock-off of a $90 thing according to the description. can someone point me also towards what i'd need to do this one?
