Looking to get DE mpu boardss repaired.. who does them..?

I ve got two data east mpu boards which wont boot fully... one for R&b and one Checkpoint
Looking to get have someone take a look at them/ repair them for me.
I have tried a few things but getting nowhere
Who is the best person to contact regarding these...
Also have an old bally game show which flashes 10 times but wont boot..

any pointers please

Yep I can take a look and repair them no worries plus the system 11 board from game show to if you want that fixing

I will draw up a wee list of what I have tried to far, new Game rom, PIA chips etc. The DE s leds all flash the the blanking goes off and doesn't come back on, 5v and PIA ok... The game show has all voltages but after 60 seconds flashes 10 times the nothing.. have tried new roms.
will get everything together later so that you can make some sense of it before I send them down..
