Last Action Hero Pinball Rom Upgrage v1.13

Hi everyone,

New to this forum, been wanting to upgrade my Data East Last Action Hero rom to the 1.13 (unofficial version).

Ive seen sellers but all seem to be in the USA and postage is a nightmare! And i dont own a EPROM writer.

Was wondering if anyone here could point me in the direction of a seller in the UK, or someone willing to write me a EPROM for some money?
