Wanted large black/white microswitch with bakelite bracket (outhole switch)

Hi all,
another part i've managed to lose!
I'm after one of the large microswitches found in trough areas. Its half black and half white. The ones with the bakelite piece attached which the diode mounts to. I have the metal bracket, just no switch or bakelite piece! Looks like this http://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/A-10590 . Called the outhole switch
