The reproductions from Planetary Pinball use the original moulds and periodically come back in stock at least once a year. IMO the shiny gold one looks much nicer than the original dull puke yellow one anyway.

Oh yeah! Duh! Do you think you could ask if your mate could do it? Only if @Tony is willing to lend his and it can't be damaged of course! We could do a small run perhaps for forum members and your mate could make a few bob whilst we all get shiny new toppers!

Saying that, Phil D might have access to one I believe, however wether he would be willing (and I can't remember his username now!!) who knows!
It is a bit big, so unsure if it would able to be printed in one bit!!
