I'm selling a Jack*bot. Received about 6 months ago in a trade.

Since buying it, I've replaced a broken star post on 'Hit Me'. Added a colour Pin2DMD and a dice shooter rod.

We haven't needed to do any work on it because it's been rock solid.

Good things:

- Plays really nicely
- Really nice playfield (I think)
- Looks nearly new in most places (like a lot of Jack*bots)

Bad things:

- Faded cab

Priced £2,600.

For anyone who doesn't know this pin, it's a lot like Pin*bot, but with mellow sax music, and some extra modes like Casino Run and a 3-ball multiball. A great pin and, in my opinion, better than its System 11 predecessor. It's being sold because I've been trading pins in and out, and we're planning to trade for/buy a newer pin for that slot in the line-up.

If you are interested in trading the Jack*bot in a part-exchange for something else, we're open to:

Deadpool
Twilight Zone
The Walking Dead
Ghostbusters
Original Metallica
The Hobbit
Stern James Bond
Avengers: Infinity Quest
Stern Jaws
Elvira: HOH
(Another) Lord of the Rings
The Big Lebowski
Iron Man

Yes, if you are the rare person who (owns and) desperately wants rid of a second-hand Galactic Tank Force or Labyrinth, we are 100% open to that.

Anything else you need to know... Yes, please come and play it before purchase - we're in SE London, if you want to try before you buy. Happy to use Matt Vince or Martin for transport (or collection).

Pictures below. Videos and backbox pictures to be added once my husband is free, as I can't hold a camera and play/get stuff open that easily.

I used to own this machine and it has had very light use from new. The Playfield is lovely and even under the legs is hardly marked. Best example I've seen.

Thanks for the endorsement, @Matt Vince.

With the exception of the faded cab, this is a lovely Jack*Bot and it does, indeed, look relatively fresh off the factory floor. If you're a Jack*bot fan who wants to bolt one to the floor, or just someone who wants a solid temporary resident, I would heartily recommend this one (and not just because I'm selling it).

If you're a lurker on the forums who is maybe a newbie and looking for a first pin, I personally think this is a great choice because it doesn't have overly complex rules while benefitting from all the advantages of a Bally/Williams title. Like PinBot before it, it has a superb layout that gives a multiball by hitting the centre visor to complete the row of lights (there's also a trick for opening it from the plunge), which is incredibly satisfying and super-fun for kids or casual players. For the advanced player, you can go for Casino Run or Mega Visor wizard modes, which also weren't available on the classic bestselling PinBot game.
