Isle of Man pinball help

Anyone based in I O M and can help a customer with a TZ, I've had the CPU / Power Driver here and they test fine, been on Skype for a hour with him and its doing crazy switch matrix stuff, ground shorts etc but have unplugged the switch plugs on CPU etc....
