invisiglass

Its quite robust to be honest, just don't hit the corners....
Neil brings in some dodgy stuff now and then from Eastern Block so there's a chance you can acquire some, should the worst happen
Joking aside its supposed to be really good glass at good price :)

The risk is scratching the glass - take care of it and always make sure the coin door is closed when you take it out.

I have invisiglass on all my pins with a mix of Sterns, JJP and Neil’s and never damaged any.
As it’s basically just a coating on the glass Just make sure you close your door before removing the glass and don’t have the wife cleaning it with diamond rings in place.

TBH it’s the one thing my wife is banned from cleaning altogether “the Pins”

I found out the hard way when removing my invisglass .....with the coin door open ..first day i installed it DOH!
From what I've seen on here, I try to remember to do this, but what are the downsides to leaving it open. My glass clears the open door.

it doesn't on all games. and will put a nice stripe down your glass that you will spend forever trying to make go away. sadly it won't ever.

to be honest its left a thin stripe down the glass but luckily for me its hardly visible at the top end of the pinball as i have some rather bright LED's in place that seem to take your eye ;-)
