Last I heard they would only send if over $200 and take payment via Wise.
Thats likely due to the new import charge rules, anything over £125 is done the old way with the courier sorting it out, anything less and the seller has to register with HMRC and collect the VAT at the point of sale and then pay to HMRC directly, not worth the hassle and costs involved for small orders.
I order from them often and have not had an issue. I rang Steve about the VAT import rule issues and he was quite relaxed about it. From memory he said that PBR have to abide by lots of varied state laws as it is so this is just another hurdle put in place. That said, I'm doing it a a business so maybe private customers get a different set of rules, I really dont know. I pay them via Wise ( formerly Transferwise) and it all works fine.
