I think with insurance the big factor is games rooms/ man caves remote from the main house.
I fortunately have 4 pins and 2 arcade cabs in the house and I’ve just added them to my contents for normal fire, flood insurance to the value of £21,000 and my buildings and contents is now £26 a month.
That’s with sainsburys which allow upto £25 k for expensive items.
