I've got some yellow ones taken from Sterns. Not sure if they will fit. Can take pics when back home.

Why do they need replacing? They don't look bad, just a little cracking on the middles one. Or is it the insert bits?

If you mean just the text in the buttons those are just printed on paper. I've printed my own once I've tweaked them in Adobe Illustrator.
The buttons split open and remove the insert.

They look quite nice once reassembled.

A crappy looking coindoor is a pet hate, I don't know why!
