i ordered a part from them that nobody else had for a reasonable price, but their shipping from the US was extortionate according to the website (about $40-50). so i arranged to have it sent to a friend in the US for $10 instead, for later forwarding to me for another $10 that i'd then give my friend. ok so i'm a cheapskate but i also figured it'd protect me from import taxes etc.
afterwards i fired off a quick email to the site owners to confirm the delivery address (as my paypal home address is different and it's caused me problems before) and the owner, Kim, said he was happy to stick it in the normal post to me for the same cost as sending to New Jersey. what a top bloke. the part arrived today.
recommended. nice bloke to deal with, great sense of humour, and very accommodating. i hope he gets more UK business.
