How do I post in the 'pinball wanted' thread if I have 'insufficient privilages'

Looking for *********** but my thread was deleted on the basis that it was in the wrong thread... but I apparently have 'insufficient privileges' to actually post there... do I need to ask a friend who has sufficient privileges in order to express my desire to find a game for sale?

Hi Lee,

In order to post a wanted add you have to make a £10 donation. That means you are a member for a year and can buy/sale. Hope you're well mate.

I see... thanks for the replies... I was just putting the feelers out for a newbie in the UK. SInce I'm no longer on the UK myself, Brexit has killed any dealings in the UK anyway due to import tax. I'll ask him if he wants to pay a tenner to find out if anyone might have the game for sale :)

Hi Lee,

I removed your original post because it was advertising in the wrong place. it is clear at the top of that forum as to what to do if you want to post there.
And here you are again, asking for the same game, in the wrong location. again - blatently ignoring the request.. (Ive removed the specifics from your post above).

I do apologise, however it isnt fair on those that have contributed to the site to have others bypass and get for free. if your friend is looking for a machine then by all means please invite him along...

Hi Paul. Just to clarify, when I posted the original wanted post I did look for a 'for sale/trade/wanted' section to post in, but honestly couldn't find one... I thought it was very odd, so put my request in the general forum because none of what I could see made any sense for my request... that was deleted with a message saying I had 'insufficient privileges'... which prompted me to make another post asking what that meant, where I reiterated the intent of my first post... at this point I still had no idea what the rules were or what 'insufficient privileges' meant... not sure, therefore, that I can be accused of blatently ignoring the rules when I only found out what the rules are after posting my 2nd post and getting replies to that... had the note that accompanied the initial deleted post said that I need to pay £10 for a yearly subscription to allow me to post a wanted ad, then I'd have known then what the rules were and had no need to post the 2nd post...
 
Not gonna argue, however im not sure how "that was deleted with a message saying I had 'insufficient privileges' " happened, since i deleted the original thread AND notified you, where it said "sales in a non-sales forum".

It is what it is..
 
I think it must have been an automated reply, but that wording was definitely there, which is why I was confused as to what it meant... I should have screen shot it...
