Help!!!!

How do they fit so many bits of glass in one sheet?!? Holy crap! It's everywhere. I don't even know what happened. I placed it down gently as usual and it just exploded!! There's bits of glass on top of the other machines. Crazy.

Now where the hell do I buy glass in a lockdown???
 
Is that a solid floor? You may have just bumped the corner and that was enough, maybe get a rubber mat to stand the glass on for when you have to remove it.
Look on the bright side, everyone’s doing jigsaws in lockdown, that one will keep you busy for ages [emoji1360]

Not as bad as walking on Lego by the way. I have a feeling my wife is going to be a little displeased if she goes into that room before I do tomorrow.
 
I smashed a back glass about 3 years ago. Found another small heap of glass last week inside a box. It really does get everywhere.

It's nuts! The whole room is just covered in bits of glass. I swept a bucket load up but I haven't even scratched the surface.
 
I had a near miss when I propped a piece up against a kitchen unit with a hand towel underneath to protect the floor. My cat decided to attack the towel, sliding into the bottom of it. I turned around the see the glass falling forward but luckily she had got out of the way and the glass fell flush with the floor so it just made a gentle sound as it hit the ground. The pocket of air underneath stopped it from shattering.
 
I've just finished clearing the glass up while the wife is out running....she'll never know 🤔 And I also solved the mystery of what caused it to shatter. I was using a pair of metal tweezers the other week to adjust country settings....I must have dropped it on the floor between the machines.
And then of course placing the glass directly on the tweezers caused it to explode! 🤯

Im going to ignore the one directly in front of the tweezers and go for the one to the right of the light reflection at the bottom of the picture

broken glass. It’s the game that keeps giving.
 
done two in my life. Both from actually holding the glass too tight. One was embryon the widest glass in any game, we still find the odd bit of it at the club.

Yeah a lot ended up on top of the machine next to it but only found 4 or 5 pieces on the playfield. Very lucky really. And now I have a brand new glass on already thanks to Jagspete :)
