Hi all have set up wonka with 6.5 degree and flat left to right according to my iPhone angle app.
Looks good to the eye too.
However the ball comes out of the left pop bumpers and comes out on an angle that takes it straight down the middle of the 2 flippers.
3 out of 10 of say.
Very frustrating as can be playing nice shots and then just kills you.
Any other wonka owners had this or not at all and any advice from anyone please ?
I am loving the game and the shots are nice and flow well. Nothing too difficult (unlike my Starwars death star shot!)
Also Has any experienced this in another game and found a fix ?
I have attached a photo
Thanks kindly for any advice
Ian

TWD has a similar issue but wonky should be ok - check the game is level at the back and also that it’s sitting in the holders properly.
Pin guy on iPhone is very helpful.

TWD I fixed by ensuring the game was properly level but also upping the sensitivity of the bottom pop which might be a solution for this also.

I've had that in the Wonka in Tilt, there's no easy way to remedy it, although there have been a few people on Pinside who have rigged something up.

One of 2 major drawbacks of the design, which code can't fix. The other being lack of visibility at the upper flipper as it's shielded by the spinner.

Ok thank you
I had decreased sensitivity
But will up it and see
I’ve moved the balance all over the place and still can’t stop it!

That’s odd you point out the upper flipper issue as we don’t have that problem at all on our wonka. Perhaps they changed something in the latest run? Ours was built in November.

I think it’s normal re the occasional drain from the pops, same here @IOXLEY
