Wanted Help sourcing discontinued/rare part - 2-1/8" inch 1-sided lane guide

I've found a single one of these on Action PInball (via US mail forwarding), but they have apparently been discontinued and I haven't found one elsewhere. I've not even managed to find a diamond-patterned lane guide that's similar.

Does anyone have one? Or know where I might get one? Or, even, how could I go about 3D printing one?
