Just gone to turn machine on, it did a ball search as I turned it off last night mid play due to bed time. The building went down then couldnt rise as the left rail of the right wireform was onto of the building ball release flap and stopping it rising. The building seems to rock a little forth and back when in full upright position ? What do I need to adjust please?

Somewhere in GZ thread is the building level
Adjust.

There 2 rubber grommets under the to
Front screws of the building mech underneath the playfield.

Sounds like you need to tighten these up slightly so that it pushes the building up/back a little

Thanks, i lifted the playfield and checked it the whole building mech is solid and nothing loose. All i could find was the slider system attachment with rubber bushings - this has the play in it but i cannot see any adjustment on it ?

Just to be clear is the bit at the back which slides up and down the 2 tubes powered by the worm gear

Don’t fiddle with the building or will put the alignment out and it is a PITA to get realignment.

Maybe post a video of what’s happening.

I can't upload videos?

Ok, I think I might have resolved th issue for now. Here are some photos

First photo shows the wireform point that the building was jammed under. 2nd photo shows the damaged that this has been causing as now I have seen it rubs on the building when going up and down. It must have been a chance case where it just moved or something and got stuck.
3rd photo shows the tolerance of the building when I push it back. As this can't be adjusted from what I can see I figured I would undo photo 4 nut and move the wireform away from the building which has now given ample clearance

Something is not right though as this plastic is far too close to the building and it’s just taken me a while to adjust it to stop it rubbing - there isn’t any adjustment

This happened on mine, in the really hot weather the rubber grommets became so soft that the building fell forward, this caused part the decal of the building to get peeled off every time the building lowered.

I am right then in thinking that the moving system of the building - the part where it attaches to the vertical poles can’t be adjusted or tightened so it will stop the building leaning forward onto the plastic ?

Can’t be adjusted- only the whole mech by the 4 corner screws.

2 screws have rubber grommets to adjust the buildings lean.

Did you find the building calibration I posted in GZ thread

sorry I got distracted with precision flipper post and ended up buying a set

i found a building bias post by you but how do i navigate quickly to 1726 post ? it’s gonna take me a long time turning pages on my phone

Paul and Dave - Thanks for your help. The building did not need adjustment manually. However I did need to lower it 2 places in the software as the ball is catching the lip but this was not my initial problem

I have found th problem ( I think ). it was the front plastic mounting that the 2 power lines are on. this was a little wobbly. I tightened it up not by much but it has created clearance and become more stable - lets see
