Gozilla shaker motor question

I decided to put the shaker motor that I pulled out of my Elvira Hoh into my Godzilla. But here's the thing: the bolts that bolt the shaker to the cabinet floor are too short. They are not long enough to thread into the T-Nuts. Bit weird - I would have thought that the depth of the base etc would be identical.

Anyone got any ideas what to do or have any bolts that are slightly longer?

Thanks!

You could try tapping the t nuts into the base of the pin a bit firmer, sometimes they’re only just about biting but once the screws are in they get pulled in a bit more.

The base is thicker, and denser, it would seem because I couldn't even get them to catch. I've had the same issue for the last 2 or 3 Elwin games I've had.

Luckily I was able to scavenge 3 bolts with the right thread and length to make it work. Only problem being they've got a hex top, so need an Allen key to tighten, which isn't easy in such a confined space.

I keep meaning to source 4 proper bolts for the next time the shaker is swapped, but not got round to it.
