My Stargate coin door only has one coin slot. Wanted to add credits to game with button inside coin door similar to bally/williams.
Is it possible to add credit button and simulate pulse.

Diagram for coin control connector A7J1.

Yes could put it on free play, but if rented out would likely need coin system. So simple way to add credits would be useful.

Waiting on coin unit at the moment to fit door. But does not sort problem of needing to add credits without using coin unit.
Not aware of coin units having add credit button.

The coin acceptor connects pin 2 to the return pins via a diode. So a switch across collector/emitter of one of the transistors should do the trick. No service credit button?

Thanks for information. This weekends pinball league meeting someone also suggested same was safe, but did not say anything about diode. Is this needed?
Connecting GND (White) to any RETURN wire (All have orange stripe) does allow credits to be added. Have leaf switch connected to coin return button at the moment.
Depending on door type set and pricing you may need to adjust CHUTE PLUSES in game adjustments.
With this installed now able to use buy-in features when not in Tournament mode/Free play.

Not sure if all Gottlieb system 3 but no service credit button.

If you bridge over a transistor on the interface board you don't need a diode as that is in the circuit already. If you tap into the harness you will need one as these probably go directly into the switch matrix.
