Good day.................my first ever pin turned up today:D
Bad day...................can't get it through the door,b0ll***ks.:oops::(

Man im pee'ed off now and to top it off it's hammering it down outside so i won't be able to sort it out tonight unless it stops.:(

Sorry to hear that Gee.

I had the same issue last Saturday when mine turned up. The weather was really overcast but luckily the rain held off while I stripped the head off so I could get it in the house.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that the weather improves.

Hi Wiredworm.
Did you just take the hinges off the back box and spin it round to get it through the door,if so is it a big job?

Nope I fully removed it because there was only a couple of us shifting it and we really could have used an extra pair of hands to do it that way. Rudedog suggested that after we'd actually got it in.

To be honest it only took about 30 minutes to strip it off and a little longer to put it back, but that was mainly as I was triple checking all the connectors to make sure nothing went pop. Add also a delay because it was my first pin and simple stuff like removing the back glass evaded me at first (I undid the lock but it took a while for me to figure out you have to LIFT the glass).

Tell me about it,3 adults,2 children, lots of sweat and swearing, why people take them out of their homes for shows is beyond me,sod that.
Other than that very happy.:)

Cos there would be no shows if people didn't.
Sorry,my last comment came across a little wrong.
What i meant was that after all the stress and effort of getting the pin in the house there's no way it's coming back out again until it or the house gets sold.
Much respect however to those who do make the effort.
